Jesus Waits

Lord Jesus a waits to hear your prayer
He is quick to answer, your cry of despair
He has mercy and grace, to answer all prayer
His overwhelming love, your soul to repair

His blood washes spotless and sets you free
He opens His courts, for you to see
He intercedes with God for your cause
Jesus is faithful, His love to impart

Jesus answers us with awesome deeds
Our expectations His righteousness far exceeds
He removes all mountains that rise
He stills troubled waters and dangerous tides
