Father in Heaven, Lord over all
Please help me to learn how to call
Life seems a mystery hidden deep
All your laws, I just can’t keep
I have tried so hard, to stand tall
But all I seem to do, is fall

Precious child below, steeped in sin
You are in a battle you can not win
So through my son Jesus, the victory I give
Your very best effort will never do
For I am a Holy God, righteous and true
Call on Jesus, your life He will renew

No name other than My Son will do
I sent Him in love, salvation for you
There is no other way, no matter what people say
Jesus and Him alone is the way
His life is your example for all to see
